The Tokyo Yakatabune Association will collect and use your data to contact you regarding requested information or reservations. Your information will not be used for other purposes. We do not provide information to any 3rd parties.
In the case of poor weather we will contact you in advance if your cruise must be cancelled for safety reasons. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information.
You may make changes (such as date and time or number of guests) to your reservation prior to payment. However, your reservation is not finalized until payment is complete. Your reservation may be cancelled if payment is not completed within a reasonable amount of time.
You may also make changes to your reservation after payment. However, depending on the type of change, there may be associated cancellation fees. For further details, please see our Cancellation Policy page.
